We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer based in Sydney to manage technical operations with enterprise accounts. The role involves collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure our solutions meet client needs.
Pre-Sales Support Support sales development in the region, working closely with Asia Voice Sales/PS
Engage in initial discussions with Australian/NZ clients
Conduct product/service demonstrations
Provide high-level architecture and system overviews for clients
Participate in technical discussions on security, telecoms, compliance, and VR governance
Assist with customer onboarding
Collaborate with PS to resolve issues
Post-Sales Support Support coverage for NZ/Australia time zones
Liaise with helpdesk on issues and tickets
Engage clients for upgrades
Resolve client issues
Other Responsibilities Lead technical aspects of projects
Conduct testing with customers
Support escalation processes (2nd level support)
Manage client relationships
Design and discuss POCs
Handle API and third-party integrations
Support customer go-live processes
