• $85,000 - $95,000 base – commensurate with experience.
• In growth mode; solid platform and financial backing.
• Specialise in Property Management – core business.
• Great team and amazing culture – quarterly activity team day during work hours – whale watching was last team day.
• Make things happen and operate our business as a collaborative.
• A brand new office building with beautiful new facilities.

• Cover for all PM Team as required – Relief Manager – staff leave and sick leave – day to day operations office support.
• Covering Role – each portfolio approx. 160 with 1 larger portfolio 340 (with PM Associate).
• Support to PM Team. Also if required to cover for Leasing Team (doesn't happen very often though as we have Leasing Manager as well as a Leasing Consultant).
• Reception cover if required (for holiday and sick leave).

• Experience as a Client Service Manager.
• All rounder – someone with extensive PM experience who enjoys working with a great team and is happy to support the PM's.
• QCAT experience and be able to troubleshoot with PM Team and offer daily support as required.
• Proactive, has initiative, good sense of humour, flexible, adaptable, efficient, good time management, great people skills, communication and client service, good negotiator.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software ideally PropertyMe.
