Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a motivated and reliable pick-packer / Yard Hand to join their close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Pick and pack timber products accurately and efficiently according to orders.
* Operate forklifts safely and assist with general yard and warehouse organisations.
* Load and unload timber materials and finished goods.
* Maintain stock levels and report inventory discrepancies.
* Assist with general workshop duties and support the production team as required.
* Ensure the yard and warehouse remain clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards.
* Work collaboratively with a small team to meet production and dispatch scheduled.
What You'll Need:
* Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, or timber environment.
* Current Forklift License (LF).
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
* Good physical fitness and ability to handle timber products safely.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
* Reliable, punctual, and protective approach to daily tasks.
* Current Australian Driver's License and reliable transport to Welshpool, WA.
