**About the role**:
We have a permanent full-time position available to join our diverse and collaborative team onsite at Icon Wesley Pharmacy. This is an amazing opportunity to step up into a leadership role.
Gain the chance to work in a diverse and well-renowned hospital while leading the technician team, ensuring optimal patient care and customer service delivery through supporting, planning and motivating the team.
**In this role you'll**:
- Ensure delivery of efficient pharmacy services through supervision and management of staff, including allocation of duties, managing rosters, and coordination of workload
- Develop and review procedures to improve service delivery
- Support inventory management systems to ensure appropriate operational and financial control
- Ensure efficient dispensing and billing systems and management of owing scripts
- Assist in collecting and reporting pharmacy KPI's
- Assist staff when required in the delivery of pharmacy services
**About you**:
We are seeking a passionate individual who has strong time management and organisational skills. You will also have a proven ability to deliver a high standard of customer service while being able to lead a fast-paced team.
**_Requirements:_**
- Relevant work experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Hospital experience desired.
