We encourage Defence Reservists and Veterans to apply.****YOUR ROLE**Be part of a squad that is focused on creating a high-performance culture, resulting in delivering customer excellence.* Maintain and administer the Thales Desktop SOE image and associated Group Polices, the Print Server Environment and the In Tune/SCCM platform including deployment of software and patching to end users.* Maintain & monitor the security of the Thales End Point environment.* Problem Management including the identification of Problems through the analysis of Incidents.* Identify and participate in the Continued Service Improvement Program (CSIP) for End User Compute including automation.* Operate within established framework of ITIL processes such as Change, Release, Incident, Problem management and Agile.**YOUR EXPERIENCE*** Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology* ITIL Foundations certificate highly regarded* Industry certifications such as Comptia A+, AZ-900, AZ-104 highly regarded though not mandatory* Understanding and experience in End-user device management and cyber security best practices* Strong customer focus and service-orientated behaviour**WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY**After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
