We are seeking an experienced leader to strengthen client relationships, develop new business opportunities, ensure safety and compliance remain at the forefront of operations, oversee project management, financial objectives, and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience in a similar leadership role with strong background in project management, business development & operational strategy. They must have proven ability to lead teams, manage risks, drive results, have high-level communication and relationship-building skills, experience in the mining, civil, or construction industry, and strong financial and commercial acumen.
