Residential Construction Drafting Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to bring your residential construction drafting expertise and leadership skills together. As a result of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Revit and CAD residential construction drafting specialist who can set drafting standards, mentor a small team, and deliver accurate documentation that makes every home possible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, oversee and review high-quality residential construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
* Demonstrate strong residential construction drafting experience across single and multi-storey Class 1 and Class 2 dwellings.
* Deliver accurate drawing packages to company standards.
* Ensure compliance with NCC, council and developer guidelines.
* Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, Pre-Construction, Construction and external parties to ensure drawings align with project specifications.
* Identify and resolve buildability issues before they reach site.
* Lead, train, mentor and develop a small team of drafters, providing technical guidance and support.
* Monitor drafting team workload, progress and reporting to meet deadlines.
* Communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
