They are seeking an efficient and dynamic AO3 Maintenance Support Officer to join and contribute to a great team on a full-time temporary contract, based in Garbutt, Townsville.
Your new role
As the Maintenance Support Officer in a busy contact-support centre environment, we are seeking a confident individual who displays the ability to operate and thrive in a multitasking environment, to achieve team objectives. You will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality customer service experience to customers, as well as maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Meeting and exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrating a high level of interpersonal skills during customer interaction and stakeholder engagement.
* Participating actively and maintaining a positive professional outlook amongst a great team and culture.
* Ensuring high standards and accuracy when collating documents, reports, and records via information systems.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience working within a team to contribute to wider objectives.
* General administration and MS Office (Word, Excel) skill set.
* Demonstrated high-level customer service experience.
* A professional and respectful manner when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience managing diverse engagement through an engaging interpersonal style, including de-escalation.
* Initiative and embrace new challenges and see learning opportunities in times of change or conflicting priorities.
