CGC Recruitment are on the lookout for a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys working on high-end residential projects.
You'll be joining a well-established builder that's been around for over 10 years and continues to grow every year. They deliver award winning new builds and renovations with projects valued between $2.5m to $10m.
This role suits someone who's confident running a site day to day. You won't be micromanaged you'll be trusted to get on with the job, be the go-to person on site, and lead by example. You'll still have the support from a solid team and strong leadership when you need it. They are open to look at candidates who have delivered projects over $2.5m.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate high-end residential construction sites
* Work hands-on on the tools (carpentry and general building tasks)
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised worksite
* Liaise with clients, architects, and suppliers professionally
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager/Foreman
* Strong background in high-end residential construction
* Comfortable and capable working on the tools when required
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
* White Card (required)
* Trade qualification and/or builder's licence highly regarded
