Irrigear Goulburn is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Manager to join our team full-time.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a supportive regional business. Experience in irrigation, pumps, plumbing, rural supplies or spare parts is highly regarded, however training will be provided to the right applicant.
About the Role
The Retail Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our retail store, including:
* Retail and trade sales
* Customer service and relationship building
* Preparing quotes and processing orders
* Stock control and merchandising
* Pump and equipment repairs
* General store operations
Some Saturday morning work will be required as part of the role.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have:
* Excellent communication and people skills
* A positive, can-do attitude
* Strong problem-solving ability
* Good computer skills
* Sound literacy and numeracy skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in pumps, irrigation, plumbing, rural merchandise or spare parts sales will be an advantage.
