Guest Service Agent
We are looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our high‐achieving Front Office Team on a casual basis. The successful applicant will be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that all guests are welcomed and attended to in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Responsibilities
* Act as one of the first points of contact for arriving guests.
* Process financial transactions.
* Provide thorough knowledge of all resort facilities and local attractions.
* Handle guest issues and complaints.
* Perform switchboard operator duties as required.
* Complete night shifts when required.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Strong computer and administrative skills.
* Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
* Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
