About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our vibrant teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere
* Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and accurately
* Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
* Support the team with daily store tasks, including cleaning and tidying
* Work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and store goals
Qualifications:
* A positive attitude and passion for retail and customer service
* Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
* Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
* Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential
