About The Role
This is a senior leadership role with real authority.
The General Manager is responsible for running the operating engine of APG, coordinating across multiple business units, and ensuring targets are delivered without founder involvement in daily execution.
You will report to the Chairman & Group Head and work closely with the COO (Finance, Risk & Delivery).
What you will be doing
* Lead day-to-day operations across all APG entities
* Own and run weekly operational dashboards (sales, builds, delivery, cashflow risks)
* Align land delivery, construction capacity, and sales activity
* Drive execution discipline and accountability across senior leaders
* Resolve cross-entity priorities and resource conflicts
* Identify risks early and escalate with clear recommendations
Authority & Accountability
* Single-point accountability for operational performance
* Authority to set operational priorities within approved budgets
* Expected to operate autonomously and decisively
What we are looking for
* Minimum 8-12 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role (GM / Head of Ops / COO-type)
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Experience managing complex, multi-project or multi-entity environments
* Comfortable operating with accountability and minimal supervision
* Background in property, construction, development, or professional services required.
* Experience managing teams of 20-50 people or equivalent organisational scope

Pay: $160,000.00 – $185,000.00 per year
