Help deliver critical defence projects and shape Australia's future by supporting export control management.
This role involves coordinating export control briefings, providing program management support, drafting correspondence for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring corporate reporting and governance requirements are met.
You will work autonomously to solve complex problems and provide specialist advice to support planning, monitoring, and control of a land program.
The ideal candidate will have strong program coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, experience in defence acquisition or sustainment environments, familiarity with export controls and ITAR regulations, and the ability to manage competing priorities and dynamic tasks.
You must currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
