About the role
Reporting to the Chief Workforce Officer and under the guidance of the Senior Workforce Manager, the Senior Workforce Operations Partner plays a pivotal role in overseeing human resources operations and managing a small team. This position is responsible for HR data and reporting, HR administration operation and HRIS system administration.
What we are looking for?
A person with:
* Extensive, progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS administration and team management.
* High level of communication skills including the ability to influence and negotiate good outcomes with a broad range of people.
* Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements, with demonstrated knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
* Experience providing coaching and advice related to human resources.
* Proven leadership and team management abilities, with track record of fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to analyse data and produce HR metric reports
* Current NT Drivers License, or the ability to obtain
