The Role
* Capture and record personnel hours and work scope for accurate tracking.
* Provide administrative support for Health Safety and Environment investigations, reporting, and training records.
* Manage payroll tasks including timesheet entry for efficient processing.
* Process driver billing and diary sheets for smooth operations.
* Coordinate new employee onboarding and training programs.
* Organize accommodation arrangements and maintain training records and matrices.
* Handle consumable and stationery orders for day-to-day activities.
* Maintain accurate records and archives for compliance purposes.
