Fremantle Hospital is seeking to appoint experienced Mental Health Nurses who thrive in a team environment and bring compassion, resilience, clinical and professional expertise to deliver comprehensive, evidence‑based nursing care to our patients. You'll be working in a dynamic environment knowing your skills are valued and your growth is supported.
This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time / Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time / Part Time and Casual appointments with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.

As a mental health nurse at Fremantle Hospital, you will be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality, compassionate care across a range of inpatient and community settings. Your contributions will be vital in creating a supportive and healing environment for those in need of mental health services.
Responsibilities
* Delivering comprehensive evidence‑based nursing practice and individual recovery‑focused care.
* Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement treatment.
* Supporting patients through recovery, and ongoing treatment plan.
* Promoting patient safety and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
