We are seeking a dynamic and motivated People Advisor to join our team at Bond. Reporting to the People Business Partner, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in HR by:
- Supporting Faculties and Offices to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored IR/ER solutions and advice.
- Ensuring compliance with university policies and legislative regulations.
- Assisting with performance appraisal, probation and performance management processes to drive employee development and growth.
- Supporting recruitment processes to include advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent management,
- Contributing to a wide suite of other HR administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

The salary for the position commences at $80,787.14 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
