We are currently seeking an experienced Welder / Boilermaker to join a busy manufacturing yard specialising in precast concrete products.
This is a hands-on role focused on preparing reinforcement materials and maintaining steel moulds within a fast-paced production environment.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday
6:00am - 2:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Welding RIO bar for reinforcement of precast concrete products
* Assisting with the repair and maintenance of steel moulds
* Working from basic drawings and specifications
* Supporting general workshop duties as required
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience with MIG and ARC welding
✔ Ability to read and interpret basic drawings
✔ Previous experience in manufacturing or construction environments
✔ Reliable with a strong work ethic
Pay Rates
* Qualified Boilermaker - from $44.00 per hour
* 2nd Class Welder - from $37 per hour
Requirements
* Must have own reliable transport (limited public transport access)
* Willing to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
