About Us

Assembly Services Australia is a growing organisation committed to helping customers with their flatpack needs across the whole country. We're an expanding business and are looking for a talented and proactive Recruiter and Project Administrator to help us find and attract assemblers and work on new projects to drive our success forward.

The Role

As a Recruiter/Project Administrator at Assembly Services Australia, you will be responsible for using our onboarding process to engage new Subcontractors along with helping to drive new Projects. You'll work closely with other members of the team to ensure we onboard qualified assemblers in the required areas while all policies and procedures are followed, and all the Subcontractors requirements are maintained through annual reviews. Variety is ensured as you will also be working closely with the management team to turn exciting ideas into reality as our project administrator.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for assemblers in all states

* Identify and engage new assemblers through proactive sourcing strategies

* Screen Subcontractor applications, coordinate onboarding process and obtain & review required documents

* Maintain a transparent, organised and up-to-date applicant tracking system

* Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress

* Perform annual agreement reviews with assemblers

* Research and drive new Business Projects from start to completion.

About You

* Previous experience as a Recruiter or Project Administration fields

* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to build relationships with applicants and stakeholders

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of priorities

* Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning with hands-on delivery

* Ability to work autonomously when required

* Experience with both Apple computers and Microsoft Office suite of programs.

* Trade Background experience would be highly regarded.
