Residential Property Acquisitions Specialist
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. This role will be based out of our Melbourne or Brisbane office with the potential to travel nationally.
This role is crucial to the client journey and directly influences their overall experience, satisfaction and success. Following initial training, you will be entrusted by the Advisor to understand the client's investment strategy, build a strong relationship with the client and source residential properties that meet their purchasing criteria.
You will be responsible for ensuring due-diligence requirements are met and customer service standards are exceeded. You will fully collaborate with team members and other divisions to ensure a smooth purchase phase and client experience.
The Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of 15–20 clients at a time.
* Understand each client's portfolio strategy in collaboration with their Advisor.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders and third parties to create networking and sourcing opportunities.
* Source, assess and secure high-quality residential properties that meet client briefs and company investment criteria.
* Conduct in-depth inspections, valuations, price analyses and due diligence to inform property selection.
* Negotiate purchase terms and provide expert strategic advice on acquisitions, developments and investment opportunities.
* Analyse market trends, economic data and property performance to guide informed decisions.
* Liaise with Property Managers for rental, compliance and settlement preparation, ensuring a smooth handover.
* Maintain meticulous file compliance and accurate CRM records.
* Handle high-pressure, time-sensitive transactions with confidence and professionalism.
* Participate in weekly KPI and team meetings, contributing to division and company goals.

Requirements
