We're an established, fast-paced marketing agency working with a diverse range of clients across industries and we're looking for a proactive, creative, and organised Marketing Assistant to join our team part-time, with opportunity to move to full-time for the right candidate.
This is a remote role, with regular virtual catch-ups and one in-person team day in Merimbula each month. We're all about creativity, collaboration, and keeping things real so if that sounds like you, read on.
🧰 What You'll Be Doing:
* Social Media Management – Creating, scheduling, and managing content across various platforms
* Content Creation – Writing captions, sourcing visuals, and designing graphics using InDesign, Canva and more.
* Ad Hoc Support – Helping with general marketing tasks, research, and team support as needed
* Team Catch-Ups – Join our \"Socials with T\" for remote team bonding and creative flow
💡 What We're Looking For:
* Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
* Minimum 1-2 years of social media management experience required
* Strong Canva Skills / Indesign
* Strong skills in content writing and design (InDesign experience essential)
* Intermediate level InDesign proficiency required
* A proactive attitude - you don't wait to be told, you just dive in
* Creative flair and attention to detail
* Excellent time management - you can juggle tasks and meet deadlines independently
* Someone who enjoys working remotely but also values connection and collaboration
* Experience with wordpress, squarespace, wix and shopify highly desirable.
* Marketing agency experience preferred but not essential

* Part-Time – 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Remote Role – Work from anywhere (with a reliable internet connection)
* Monthly Visit to Merimbula, NSW – A great excuse for a coastal change once a month!
