The position is part-time (0.82FTE) across 5 days and works during the school term only.This role has two key areas of responsibility: supporting the Food Studies department with the preparation for classes & ordering supplies and providing catering assistance for school events.You will make an impact by:Ensuring student workstations are clean and ready for safe useOrdering of Food Studies supplies and monitoring of stock levelsLesson set-up, pack-up and end of lesson cleaning dutiesCatering set-up and pack-down for school events (e.g. setting up of tea, coffee, crockery, cutlery, tablecloths, flowers, glassware etc)Managing all event related items across the school (e.g. crockery, cutlery, glassware, urns, linen)To be successful in this role…You are organised, detail focused and take pride in producing work that is well presented and is of a high calibre. Friendly and professional in your approach, you build effective working relationships and can adapt easily to last minute changes or requests for assistance.
