At West Queanbeyan Veterinary Hospital, we’re looking for a warm, professional, and motivated receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service while ensuring the seamless coordination of patient visits.

What We Offer

- A full‑time position (permanent part‑time considered) with above‑award wages.
- No prior veterinary reception experience required—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success!
- Daily clinic rounds and regular team meetings to support professional development and teamwork.
- Ongoing customer service, client care, and leadership development training through our in‑house programs.
- Access to self‑development, leadership, and mental health support through the Lincoln Institute.
- A stable and predictable roster—38‑hour workweek across four days, with a consistent day off each week. One or two weekend shifts per month, paid at full penalty rates. There are no split shifts and a 6:30 PM finish (the clinic closes at 6 PM).
