Key Responsibilities
As a Disability Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance. You will also assist customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.
Requirements
For this role, we are seeking individuals with resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to develop positive relationships and obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement. Additionally, candidates should have the ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs, possess a Smart Phone, and hold a Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays require significant availability from successful applicants.
