Altrad are offering work at our Construction Project based in Kwinana. The position of Electrician - Special Class will see you gain considerable insight into major operations. - Located in Kwinana (Great for applicants South of the River)
- Works confirmed until November 2025
- $63.00 - $65.00 per hour + penalties + $4.00 per hour site allowance
- $30.00 per day travel allowance (If required to use own vehicle to site)
- 58 hours a week, Monday to Saturday (10 hours Mon-Fri, 8 hours Sat)
- This is a great opportunity to secure work in a site environment
Who do we want to hear from?
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrician, preferably within the resources and minerals industry
- Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications: Trade Certificate (Electrotechnology/Electrician), Hazardous Areas Certificate, Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel, Electrical License
- Demonstrated experience working on large scale maintenance or construction projects within the resources industry
- Demonstrated experience working on large scale industrial services or maintenance projects
- Demonstrated experience working in a mine site shutdown environment
- Demonstrated experience working in a mine site or minerals processing maintenance environment
- Demonstrated experience working in a large-scale oil and gas maintenance environment
- Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
