About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for driving process and procedure improvements, managing key projects, analysing practice performance, and ensuring the team remains accountable and aligned with business goals.
Your accounting expertise will be central to the role, with responsibility for financial management, reporting, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and growth.
