Ignite Travel Group is seeking a General Manager to lead our Touring division through a significant growth phase — setting strategy and cultivating a high‐performance culture that drives sustainable commercial results.
You will drive end‐to‐end performance across product, working closely with marketing, sales and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience — unlocking growth, strengthening global partnerships and delivering market‐leading touring experiences.
With P&L accountability, you will balance strategic vision with disciplined execution while managing P&L, empowering the team, embedding a customer‐first mindset and positioning the brand for long‐term success.
