We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced barista to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong barista skills, excellent coffee knowledge, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
About the Role
* You will create an exceptional client experience through your expertise in front-of-house environments.
* You are qualified as a barista or have extensive experience in coffee production with outstanding skill levels.
* Experience working in high-end corporate hospitality is highly desirable but not essential. However, you must have strong cafe operations skills or equivalent experience within hotel Food & Beverage events.
* You'll need to interact positively with all clients to uphold our brand values. You'll demonstrate teamwork through collaboration with colleagues while juggling multiple priorities efficiently during peak periods. Flexibility dealing with change easily under pressure is crucial for success in this role.
* A current RSA certification combined with impressive waiting/food service skills adds significant value along side open honest communication habits that ensure employees trust one another completely.
