Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will part of a Facilities Management team with responsibility for a portfolio covering two Aged Care Facilities. As part of a Senior Management team you will have support, access to training, development and be able to utilize excellent systems.
As the maintenance, security and safety custodian the role will draw upon your calm nature, ability to drive the brand through appearance, keeping the environment safe, clean and building strong robust relationships with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders.
A snapshot of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain the portfolio to a high level of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Keeping HVAC, mechanical and assets in good order and repair.
- Ensure all maintenance/ operations meet workplace health and safety requirements
- Put together and deliver your own operational and capital expenditure budget
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain a high level of customer service with a "yes if" approach
- Maintenance, cleaning and security contractor coordination and management
- Monitor and maintain programs to reduce electricity, water and other service wastage
Your background will include exposure dealing with the above across hard and soft services Facilities Management. The role will draw upon your exceptional organization skills and your diplomacy when dealing with stakeholders at all levels across multiple disciplines.
