Located in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, this role is based at Mount Barker, which represents Subaru, Volkswagen, GWM, Isuzu Ute, and LDV. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead our high-performing service team and continue our legacy of excellence, striving to attain industry service benchmarks.

Your Role
As Service Manager, of Duttons Adelaide Hills you’ll lead the daily operations of our busy state of the art service department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and outstanding customer service. You’ll lead a team of service advisors, manage workflow, and uphold manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor staff
- Manage customer service delivery
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and warranty procedures
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive workshop environment
