Home Care Support Worker

This varied role involves supporting clients with both personal care and household tasks to help them live confidently at home. You will be providing assistance such as:
* Personal care, including showering, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
* Domestic duties, including vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and tidying, as well as cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and shared living areas
* Providing social support or transport to appointments, community activities, or assisting with other household duties
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and delivering care that is tailored to their individual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and domestic support to clients in their own homes
* Assist clients with daily tasks and activities
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* A nationally recognised Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
* Current First Aid and CPR certifications
* Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle with insurance
* Working with Children Check (Employee) and National Police Check
