IT Support Specialist
The position of IT Support Specialist involves providing technical assistance to users, encompassing troubleshooting and maintenance of computing devices. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless operations within an IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver hands-on support to users, encompassing device troubleshooting and upkeep.
* Provide support for both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
* Involvement in networking tasks within a Cisco network infrastructure.
* Collaborate with the broader networking team to ensure efficient operations.
* Meet and adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.
* Hands-on user support experience, including device troubleshooting and systems managed within an Intune environment.
* Strong networking experience in a Cisco environment, with a CCNA certification.
* Experience in delivering hands-on support for networking, storage, and hosting teams.
