Responsibilities
About the Team The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.
* Drive end to end projects related to content labeling and data annotation.
* Responsible for the operation of content labeling projects, negotiating with content strategy team, and driving the implementation and execution of requirements.
* Proactively collaborate with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resources coordination and subsequent works.
* Deeply understand the implementation of frontline labeling teams and work with the demand side to develop and optimize labeling guidelines and SOPs.
* Conduct quality management, progress management and risk management by data analysis.
* Continuously optimize project processes and improve the efficiency of project implementation through analysis of business conditions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Completion of Bachelor's degree or above.
* Proven end-to-end project management experience with a strong track record of delivering successful project and operational outcomes across regional and global cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
* Strong understanding of project quality management, data analysis, and the effective use of project management methodologies and tools.
* Strong data skills (Excel, SQL, dashboard development) and experience with using data-driven approaches to analyze performance and conduct root cause analysis.
* Experience in driving continuous operational quality optimization and process improvement.
* Ability to independently learn and own multiple projects/work streams, while being able to prioritize tasks and timelines.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience collaborating with regional or global teams in a fast-paced environment.

* Previous experience within the Social Media/Internet/Technology industry.
* Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
