Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the HRIS project team to test, migrate, and implement new system features effectively.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and ensure workflows remain efficient and streamlined.
* Provide confident support for payroll-related inquiries.
* Assist with fortnightly and monthly payroll processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain up-to-date employee records, including onboarding, terminations, and leave management.

You are a detail-oriented professional who excels at improving system functionality and team processes. Your collaborative approach ensures smooth transitions and effective communication across teams. You bring:
* Experience in system implementation or configuration, with a focus on adaptability, teamwork, and process enhancement.
* A strong understanding of Australian employment laws and payroll compliance requirements.
* Proven expertise in accurate payroll processing.
* Excellent communication skills - whether working with people or data, you convey information clearly and confidently.
* Hands-on experience managing HRIS systems efficiently.
* Familiarity with Employment Hero software is advantageous but not essential.
