Role Description
This is an on-site role as a Personal Care Attendant located in Albury, NSW. The Personal Care Attendant will be responsible for providing personal care services to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents. The role requires delivering high-quality care with compassion and respect, maintaining accurate records of care provided, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- PCA and Personal Care Services skills
- Robust Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for caring for older people
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in aged care or personal care
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
