At PwC Australia you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of the Litigation Regulatory and Counselling (LRC) team matters and processes that sits in the Office of General Counsel and Secretariat. As a Legal Administrator you'll play a vital role in assisting the LRC Leader with all aspects of matter tracking and team management and processes working with clients across various departments and levels of the organisation utilising your technical skills and strategic insight to assist our internal stakeholders and contribute to achieving impactful results.

What you'll do
Oversee matter set-up and tracking.
Serve as a point of contact for facilitating responses to inquiries from key stakeholders related to matter progress and updates.
Assist with billing activities including invoicing insurance and claims documentation.
Support the team in the preparation of legal advice create and maintain templates.
Conduct reviews of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards.
Provide support in the preparation and organisation of documentation for litigation and regulatory matters (including regulatory and litigation productions).
Note meetings and preparing minutes and action items.
What we're looking for
Strong skills in organising and multitasking.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. An understanding of legal practice management software is desirable.
Familiarity with financial management and billing procedures in a legal context.
Demonstrated experience in drafting meaningful communications and reporting with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience managing relationships with stakeholders.
An interest in technology enablement and AI tools.
Previous experience or familiarity in litigation and regulatory environments is desirable.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
You have a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
