Your Role and Impact
As an OSHC Educator at Amana OSHC, you will:
* Create nurturing, engaging, and enjoyable learning environments
* Support the delivery of activities that build children's confidence, creativity, and social skills
* Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times
* Assist with daily operations, including supervision, transitions, cleaning, and food preparation
* Communicate positively and professionally with children, families, and colleagues
Start Date: 02/02/2026
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
* A Passion for Childcare: A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development.
* Minimum Qualification: A Certificate III in Children's Services, Education Support, Youth Work or similar — or actively working towards one. (Diploma not required.)
* Required Compliance: Current Working With Children Check (Employee), Child Protection certificate, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
* Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
* Availability: Must be available for at mornings (6:30am – 9:00am) and afternoons (2:30pm – 6:30pm)
