Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling, enhancing guest experiences and optimizing hotel performance.
Respond to phone calls and emails with professionalism, offering personalized and efficient service.
Accurately process guest reservations and input details with meticulous attention to detail.
Address guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring positive outcomes.
Regularly monitor rates and promotions to capitalize on maximum sales opportunities.
