Job Title: Regional Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented professional to join our team as a Regional Coordinator. This role provides confidential and efficient support to the Director across all regional functions and programs.
* The Regional Coordinator will provide administrative assistance, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
* They will also be responsible for researching and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* In addition, the Regional Coordinator will liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A current C/CA driver licence is required for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Administrative experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
* Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform decision-making.
* Collaboration skills: Ability to work collaboratively with others, including internal teams and external stakeholders.
