Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient administrative professional to support the smooth running of our operations.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Acting as the point of contact for travel arrangements.
* Managing corporate expenses for senior managers.
* Assisting with document management including hard copies, cloud storage, and board management software.
* Purchasing office supplies, IT equipment, and other necessary items.
* Coordinating wool buyer payments on a weekly basis.
* Organising site events and activities from time to time.
