Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our retail leadership team. As a key member of our management group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team towards achieving key performance indicators and in-store targets.
Your success will be measured by your ability to mentor and develop your team, drive sales outcomes, and ensure seamless store operations that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential
* Collaborate with state and regional management teams to align store operations with company goals
* Ensure effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
Qualifications and Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year directly or indirectly managing a team in a retail environment
* Retail managers must have a minimum of 2 years directly or indirectly managing a team in a retail environment
* Experience in driving and delivering exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment
* An 'elbows-out' mindset and a passion for all things beauty
* Proven ability to drive key sales outcomes
* A strong focus on operational effectiveness with an understanding of back-of-house operations
* The ability to influence, coach and mentor others while building relationships built on trust, empathy and transparency
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills
