We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to assist with the day to day operational needs of a global transport business.
Key accountability's for Customer Service Supervisor:
Ensure own and other Team Member safety through following protocols and reporting issues.
Deliver excellent customer outcomes, customer focused.
Support continuous improvement process by making constructive, cost effective suggestions.
Respond accurately to customer enquiries.
Input and retrieve data from a variety of computer systems.
Prepare and/or assist in the preparation and development of reports.
Participate in service recovery initiatives with customers.
Work with Teams to ensure best outcomes for customers and the business.
Participate in ongoing Training and Skills development for skilled improvement.
Ensure that attendance and timeliness are in line with team and customer expectations.
Work closely with Operations Supervisors and team to enhance customer experience
Identify system and work flow improvements to enhance efficiency's
Use and expand team members skills and knowledge, assist with escalated calls, build skills and team member capability
Reporting and analysis of statistics
Any other reasonable tasks as delegated
Appropriate use of all workplace tools and resources to perform role.
Achieve KPI's for Returns, DIL, Reissues and outstanding returns.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of MS Office Systems
SAP/ERP system knowledge an advantage
Proven leadership skills
Certificate in Business Administration or similar a benefit but not essential
Clear communication skills
