Key Responsibilities
1. Safely operate an agitator truck to deliver premixed concrete to designated sites.
2. Conduct thorough inspections of the concrete mixer to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
3. Comply with all relevant safety health and environmental legislation to maintain a safe working environment.
4. Adhere to company policies procedures and work instructions including drivers' guidelines.
5. Assist with regular maintenance activities as directed by the production supervisor including completing the Daily Operator Checklist and ensuring truck and mixer cleanliness.
Requirements
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Previous experience as an agitator driver or in a similar role is highly preferred.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine checks.
* Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job including the ability to lift heavy objects.

Work Environment
You will be based at Naval Base WA and will work variable hours including weekends and overtime as needed. This is a full-time / permanent role with opportunities for career advancement.
