Work Health and Safety (WHS) is a critical aspect of any organisation. As our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our staff and clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical WHS support and advice to our managers and staff across various services. This includes:
* Providing authoritative guidance, coaching, support, and advice to stakeholders to build their capability in addressing WHS risks, incidents, and injury trends.
* Supporting WHS consultative committees and Health and Safety Representatives.
* Ensuring safety-related incidents are resolved appropriately within organisational KPI timeframes.
Key qualifications include:
* Tertiary qualifications, minimum a diploma in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent.
* At least 3 years' experience in a WHS Advisory role.
* Strong organisational skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently.
