Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time
In this role you willProvide excellent customer service by phone, email and sometimes in personProcess orders promptly and accurately.Provide sales and support using your product knowledge.Keep customers updated and informing them of order updates.Understand and comply with Chain of Responsibility laws for configuration of orders and transport.Other general administration as required.Your hours of work: Monday to Friday between 8:00am-4:00pm.What you bring to the roleHave enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills.Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills, SAP experience desirableBe passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match.Willingness to learn.What we offerWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
