About the Role:
This is a position to join a strong Property Management division with a local based portfolio in the Eastern Beaches area. Monday to Friday you will be supporting a fantastic Property Management team.
You will be responsible for:
- Respond to potential tenant inquiries via emails & phone calls
- Process applications
- Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
- Prepare lease documents & lease sign-ups
- ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
- Ad hoc Property Management administration duties
The Candidate:
- A passion for Real Estate
- A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License/Car is essential
- Strong attention to detail both written and verbal
- Fantastic attitude and excellent presentation
- You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
