Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee the front of house operations, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service
* To manage and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support where needed
* To maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
