About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Burwood Store.
This is a part-time position at 34 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* You support the team by creating positive, respectful and empowering customer experiences.
* You assist with training and development to help the team deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
* You support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays (visual merchandising).
* You assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations.
* You collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and additional tasks as required.
* Enjoy a 3-day weekend every month, plus your standard Friday and Saturday RDOs.
