About the Role

This is an incredible opportunity to showcase our extensive range of award-winning home designs to customers, discussing their suitability for various land blocks. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the display center, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
2. Greeting visitors, providing expert advice on house design selection, upgrades, options, and contingencies.
3. Delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers to make informed decisions within their timeframe and budget.
4. Completing all sales documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
5. Collaborating with all departments to ensure correct and complete documentation.
6. Managing client expectations and acting as a trusted advisor.
7. Supporting customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial quotes to tenders and variations.
